  4. License for use and distribution.

  6. The Advanced Cataloguer is shareware. This means:

  8. 1. All copyrights to Advanced Cataloguer are exclusively 
  9.    owned by the author - Evgeny Software, Inc.

  11. 2. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive
  12.    license to use Advanced Cataloguer on one computer 
  13.    (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time. 
  14.    The registered Advanced Cataloguer software may not
  15.    be rented or leased, but may be permanently
  16.    transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to
  17.    terms of this license. If the software is an update,
  18.    the transfer must include the update and all previous
  19.    versions.

  21. 3. The Advanced Cataloguer unregistered shareware
  22.    version, may be freely distributed, provided the
  23.    distribution package is not modified. No person or
  24.    company may charge a fee for the distribution of
  25.    Advanced Cataloguer without written permission from
